It's not that hard once you get your head around it, and it's certainly easier than just drawing an image then pasting it into flash everytimeyou want a bit of animation
Type flash tutorials into google or something...
I learnt how to do it from a book at work, Just keep practicing

The animation was smooth, good fbf work. it was short but entertaining. Overall not too bad, better than my early animations
